Community Highlights
The South Bay was once known as the “Valley of Heart’s Delight,” and still retains a sunny and relaxed disposition. The area is home to diverse communities and also has some of the best shopping in Bay Area. Home to Silicon Valley, many of its attractions are based in technology. But when living in the South Bay, remember that Santa Cruz and it’s famous beach boardwalk are only a short--and beautiful--drive away.
