Blackhawk

Blackhawk, the prestigious gated country club community, was first developed in 1977 in the Mt. Diablo Foothills. It is an unincorporated city that joins Alamo, Diablo and Danville in the region known as the Danville area. It features two 18-hole golf courses, 20+ lighted tennis courts, a 25-acre sports complex, and many individual pools. A spectacular shopping center features a variety of restaurants, boutiques, specialty shops, a movie theater, as well as a classic automobile museum.
Danville
Originally the entertainment center for nearby farms and ranches, Danville is now a family-oriented community with excellent schools. Danville has two large parks and a quaint and trendy downtown area. Newer developments can be found scattered among older homes within this picturesque hamlet.
Livermore

Just six miles east of Pleasanton and Dublin, Livermore makes up part of what is known as the Tri-Valley Region. Livermore holds a dual-identity as "sleepy farm town" as well as "Home to 'Lawrence Livermore Lab'", famous for its defense and nuclear research. This provides a refreshing blend of the rural and high-tech communities. Livermore also has many civic and social clubs, seven golf courses, more than 30 wineries, and of course, an annual wine festival.

Pleasanton

A family-oriented town an hour from both San Francisco and Monterey, Pleasanton has one of the strongest school districts in California. It also boasts 40 parks peppered with sports fields, picnic areas, 22 miles of scenic trails, and public art displays.  You can find Victorians in the quaint town center.  Moving out from the town center are single-family homes built between the 1930s to the 1950s.  Further out, new developments feature large, modern homes.  This small town near everything has much to offer families.

San Ramon/Dublin

With the construction of the Bishop Ranch office park, San Ramon is the business and employment center of the area. The City of San Ramon occupies a wide valley of sloping hills, wooded ravines, and oak trees. In the last ten years, the population has doubled in this community. More housing developments are being planned and built within the City and in the adjoining foothills.
